FRESH is an initiative of Sydney’s Heart 103.2. It’s about music… youth culture… the gospel… and you! Starting on Heart 103.2, Sydney’s Christian radio station in late 1999, it’s now heard on over 20 stations across Australia and right here in our LISTENING AREA.

Until today you could only listen to FRESH. Now you can read the latest album reviews, interviews with muso’s and other very interesting folk. You can also download mp3’s from some great local bands. Explore faith and spirituality with Michael Frost and Phil Dooley or talk about your favourite bands and stuff on the FRESH Forum.


ABOUT HEART 103.2

It all started back in the fifties, when bryl crème was all the rage that the Christian Broadcasting Association Limited, a non-profit company began as a production organisation, producing programs for commercial stations, free of charge.

The 1970s gave us some funny photos of our parents; it was also the decade that Heart 103.2 commenced broadcasting on Sydney radio.

Today, Heart 103.2 is alive and well, broadcasting from its studio complex at Seven Hills. It continues encouraging and upholding family ideals and Christian values that are worthwhile for the whole community… and Sydneysiders are loving it!
